Although the locations mentioned are Netherlands and the UK this role can be based anywhere in the EMEAI region.

Core Responsibilities And Tasks

  • Design and implement Talent Development programs for EMEAI region
  • Together with HR and the business define the needs for different potential development programs and activities like graduate/trainee program or management development program for Managers of Others
  • Design high level program with project team and align with stakeholders
  • Vendor selection to create and design program that fits needs
  • Implement 70-20 activities to reinforce learning on the job and support development of HIPO’s
  • Evaluate on KPI’s and adjust accordingly
  • Communicate and Market Talent Development programs
  • Build relevant communication to internal and external stakeholders around our programs
  • Develop with Talent Acquisition campaigns to attract best in class graduates
  • Work with Talent Acquisition team to hire the best candidates
  • Train and coach young and high potentials in Sherwin-Williams EMEAI
  • Train our HIPO potential graduates and other HIPO’s in the region
  • Have (career) development and progress conversations with graduates/HIPO’s
  • Train and coach managers of HIPO’s
  • Implement on the job experiences for identified talents in the region
  • Work with HR and Business leaders to identify roles and other development opportunities for our HIPO’s (all categories)
  • Work with HR and Business leaders to plan talent moves within the organization
  • Manage the budget, fte’s and travel costs for Graduates
  • Define with HR and Business Leader the fte’s/positions for Graduates
  • Define and track the budget needed for trainee/graduate programs

Knowledge & Experience

REQUIREMENTS

Required

  • Extensive and proven experience of designing, implementing and analysing early talent programs (or other HR-related projects) – this is essential
  • Proven experience in designing and managing graduate or trainee programs in an international organisation
  • Proven experience in designing talent programs for High Potentials
  • Experience in training and facilitation
  • Experience with coaching and guiding young potentials

Preferred

  • Experience in a matrix organization
  • Experience in an International environment
  • Experience with a psychometric tool like Insights Discovery

Required

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent Project management skills
  • Instructional design skills (blended)
  • Fluent in English
  • Builds constructive relationships quickly – great stakeholder management with senior leaders
  • Facilitation and Coaching skills

Preferred

  • Has designed multiple learning interventions (not just face to face)
  • Experience of working with Learning Management Systems
