Responsibilities

  • Ensure applications meet business requirements, resolve issues, and fulfill end-user needs
  • Review and improve existing applications for better effectiveness and efficiency
  • Seek opportunities for support reduction through training, analysis, and process refinement
  • Gather requirements, create design documents, perform impact analysis, and manage implementations
  • Track project deliverables, collaborate on testing, and analyze new application functionality
  • Plan and test application/database changes, manage issues, and maintain system documentation
  • Attend management meetings, assist with hiring and compliance, and contribute to project efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years in IT or business, with 3+ years in Time & Attendance/Payroll system Dayforce (Kronos, or ADP)
  • 2+ years of integration and reports experience, and knowledge of software development/support methodologies
  • Proficiency in preparing and maintaining implementation documents and translating business requirements into system configurations
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team and multicultural environment
