About the role

As Software Development Manager at Domino, you will take responsibility for the development and successful delivery of products across the “Beyond Printer” Value Stream. You will provide technical leadership and manage a team tasked with developing, testing, and supporting Domino products and services within that Value Stream. You will ensure your team follows the company’s business and engineering management processes while working collaboratively with other R&D teams and wider business functions to achieve agreed business goals.

This is an opportunity to shape and develop a new team and set it up for success to enable the company’s Beyond Printer’s strategy and objectives.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have:

• In depth knowledge of software development life cycle
• Demonstrable experience of managing software development projects in a multidisciplinary agile environment, preferably SCRUM
• Understanding of risk management and trade-offs required in software development projects
• Experience of software test strategies, methodologies and tools to ensure quality
• Experience of build and release tools and best practices (Jenkins, build/release pipelines etc)
• Strong working knowledge of the Atlassian tool chain (Jira & Confluence)
• Experience of managing people and development teams
