Mission Of The Role
Accountable for providing timely and accurate solutions to multiple company problems of moderate to difficult complexity and is required to develop toward an ‘expert’ status in at least one broad or specialized area.
Establishes time lines and resources needed with minimal changes and input from managers.
Acts as a resource to other employees technically and in project management
Demonstrates ability to alter project scope or propose changes based on feedback.
Demonstrates knowledge of various technologies
Influences supervisor to support an idea/plan and considers the potential impact of the business
No longer requires coaching prior to interacting with customers and my host meetings independently.
Assists in or recommends staffing for projects.
Provides team support by encouraging collaboration and providing suggestions/resources to overcome obstacles.
Honours Degree in Chemistry
