We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Central Retail Operations team in Wimborne on Fixed Term Maternity Contract.

As the Retail Property Co-ordinator, you will support the Central Retail Operations Team in ensuring the successful running and delivery of property management, services, and property projects across our showroom portfolio.

Key Responsibilities of Retail Property Co-ordinator:

  • Working closely with the Health & Safety team to co-ordinate, documenting, and driving all H&S activity and reporting for all markets in the Commercial department
  • Supporting all Showroom compliance, maintenance and refurbishment works, to include liaison with 3rd party suppliers, communications, invoice tracking and business reporting
  • Co-ordinating administration for all activities relating to new showroom openings, refurbishments, and updates
  • Supporting the Retail Property Lead and Head of Central Retail Operations with the co-ordination and delivery of key business projects
  • Assisting the Central Retail Operations team with the smooth day to day running of the office, to include administration of the shared team property inbox, triage, scheduling & tracking of maintenance requirements, raising purchase orders, supplier liaison, and internal communications
  • Performing administration and control using business planning and purchasing system

Your Key Attributes:

  • Prior experience in an operations or business support role, ideally within Commercial Property or similar
  • Understanding and experience of property maintenance and retail processes
  • Health & Safety training would be advantageous
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office applications and other business systems would be a distinct advantage
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working under pressure and prioritising workload
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Team player who works effectively with others as well as independently
