R&D Senior Group Leader, Protective Coatings & Flooring
Mission Of The Role
To develop innovative and effective products and solutions and accountable for the planning and execution of projects and/or the solution of problems of minimal to moderate complexity.
Establishes own time line with minimal changes
Demonstrates broader knowledge pertinent to role
Designs and executes experiments
Begins to act as a technical resource to other employees in terms of project management
Capable of completing project from start to finish
Performs technically-based investigations and begins to leverage knowledge from background research
Demonstrates critical thinking skills, recognizes anomalies, but may need further coaching or direction
Demonstrates a personal commitment to the team by helping/assisting other employees
BS/BA in Chemistry
Experience of Protective Coatings
Experience with resin flooring products desirable
