About the role

The UK team provides IT project and support services to the UK sites, including head office, R&D, and manufacturing facilities. The individual will help us to deliver high performance solutions and services. We have a vacancy for a role which delivers day-to-day support to those working at the Bar Hill site or to our hybrid/remote workers.

In the role you will learn about the Domino business and how we (IT) enable employees/departments to deliver success. As well as looking after individual IT needs, you will be help to support business systems and infrastructure around the Bar Hill site. This is a great opportunity to gain experience of collaborating with a UK and a global IT team.

About you

You will have experience of providing customer support and resolving issues with laptops and PCs running Windows O/Ss. You will be comfortable accessing our networks and servers (business systems) to triage any issues. You will be working with Active Directory to manage network and Office 365 accounts. We would encourage you to develop across all IT skills in the business so that you can assist with all support activities and improvement projects.

We use a Service Desk system to manage our priorities and to keep in contact with our customers.

This role is suitable to someone who is keen to learn and may only have limited experience in IT support. In the UK IT team we provide desk-side support, project management, network/database/server management, and consultancy to teams looking for new or improved IT solutions. In addition to supporting the UK, we also support business systems in use across the globe. Background Checks

Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will need to complete background checks including a DBS check and 5 years’ employment/educational references – these will need to be completed before the successful candidate can start the role.
