Key Accountabilities

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, working with and through them to deliver an excellent HR service to customers, whilst developing the team’s overall HR capabilities. Partnering with senior stakeholders across the function, you will draw upon your HR expertise to help the business achieve its objectives and drive a high-performance culture. You will also work in partnership with the Unions to foster good relationships. As a member of the UK&I HR leadership team, you will shape and influence the people priorities and take responsibility for driving specific HR activities and initiatives.

Experience

You must have extensive experience of partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver on people priorities. You will possess a good working knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice HR within a complex international business environment You will excel at delivering innovative, creative and tailored HR solutions, and possess a proven track record of building strong professional relationships and building credibility across all levels of a business. You will be skilled influencer and be able to effectively build stakeholder engagement around a range of HR initiatives.
