We are now recruiting an e-Commerce Trading Executive to work to ensure the website for our Dulux Decorator Centre business is best in class.
As e-Commerce Trading Executive, you will collaborate with colleagues to deliver revenue growth by executing promotions and business activities brilliantly as well as by developing engaging content to aid onsite conversion and visibility of our website to distinct audiences in the B2B/B2C environment. Whether completing landing page design, development, and execution or writing content and blogs to enhance SEO visibility and on-site conversion, you will play a key role in developing our customer user experience online. We will look to you to understand the customer journey and create improvements to make the journey better. You will also plan and implement Google ad campaigns, in addition to developing actionable insights through the use of Google analytics. You will keep content up to date through the use of our CMS system too, such as ensuring our product range is always up to date and supporting the launch of new products online. Important will be the ability to work closely with the wider marketing and category teams to develop and implement consistent customer communications across the website.
You must have experience gained in an e-commerce environment, including working for a B2C/B2B brand. You will be used to designing and developing web landing pages using a CMS system, comfortable programming in CSS and HTML and able to use graphics software. You will also have an in-depth understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads as well as SEO. Critically you will be keen to learn new systems and develop your digital skills. You will be familiar with collaborating with design agencies and internal stakeholders too. You will be confident at working on multiple projects, across stakeholders, demonstrating a great attention to detail and commitment to delivery.
