As a member of our R&D team, you will help support the manager in the day to day running of our Colour Labs and supervising three staff. This will involve prioritising colour requests, communicating them to the lab formulating staff and ensuring requests are delivered within timeframes. You will also produce performance reporting, maintain databases and update documents as needed. You will oversee lab stocks and upkeep equipment too.

An experienced administrator, you will understand the importance of getting details right first time and be used to working in a time critical function. A proficient user of a wide range of IT packages especially Microsoft Office, you will enjoy working to tight deadlines, solving problems and juggling changing priorities in a fast-moving environment. You will also possess good communication and interpersonal skills and experience of supervising or managing staff would be advantageous.
