About the job

The UK Retail Print Brand Manager is a critical player in ensuring our brand story is well represented across retail, etail and marketplaces in the UK. Working closely with trade marketing, the media center of excellence and the NPI teams this person will be responsible to ensure we deliver strong marketing campaigns in marketplaces and retailers.

This role will be ideal for someone who wants to shape the future on retail and marketplaces. The ideal person for this role is someone with strong project manager skills, a team player and a leader capable to influence others. This role requires good planning skills, problem solving, and multi-department coordination. This role requires precision in communication with internal and external stakeholders including with key agencies.

The right candidate applies intermediate subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of challenges, has some experience in retail or marketplaces. With a growth mindset will build a process that is able to identify the opportunities to grow the HP brand presence in retail and marketplaces.

Responsibilities

  • This role will have focus mainly in UK even though some programs can run across Northwest Europe:
  • Drive the brand for online and in-store retail. Ensure right messaging, assets and content is available for trade marketing teams. Identify gaps and opportunities and engage the right teams to execute them.
  • Execute supplies campaigns with key focus on the digital shelve (search and marketplaces) ensuring the centres of excellence execute according to strategy
  • Budget planning, forecasts and distribution of budget to Search COE Advertising teams
  • Launch the ATLAS program (HP’s CRM platform) with Global Team
  • Supports design of customer experience journeys and touchpoint plans that leverages paid, earn and owned media channels to maximize awareness and marketing goals.
  • Supports tracking, analyzing, and executing marketing plan vs. goals.
  • Coordinates execution of marketing plan deliverables and milestones across markets.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and digital marketing stack/tools.
  • Basic knowledge of offering, segments, partner, and account-based marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (media, social, e-commerce) and customer journeys.
  • Basic knowledge of offering, segments, partner, and account-based marketing.

  • Low – Support Marketing tactic execution.

Complexity

  • Low – Generally not senior management; limited cross- functional/cross-organizational interaction.

Education & Experience

  • Associate Degree or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred).
  • 2+ years of work experience in related field.
