Role Description

This is a full-time remote Territory Sales Manager role. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for conducting sales calls, identifying new customer opportunities and developing relationships with existing customers. They will also be responsible for providing training to customers, managing sales activities, reporting sales progress to supervising parties, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain and develop the customer base.

Qualifications

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales experience, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Training skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Sales management skills with the ability to manage and report sales activities effectively
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Experience in selling paint and decorating products to contractors, builders, decorators and the retail sector is an added advantage.
