Your tasks:
• Maximize customer satisfaction and achieve defined business objectives
• Provide excellent technical customer support and service in close collaboration with Sales
• Manage product trials and assessments, colour matchings as well as product performance testing for customers
• Lead technical laboratory projects and activities and perform technical pre-analysis based on customer information
• Ensure compliance with HSE rules as well as quality standards
Your qualification:
• You have strong hands on experience within the printing ink industry, specifically in the Narrow Web business sector including all associated ink technologies, Flexo, Letterpress and Screen printing
• You have strong on-press technical knowledge in UV printing as well as extensive experience in ink formulation and colour management
• You work independent and are customer oriented with a problem solving mindset
• You can successfully communicate and deal with external contacts such as technical partners, market partners and service providers
• You are open to travel widely across the UK and Ireland to perform your duties
