Job Description

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Full accountability for Full Life Cycle recruitment with focus on UK & Nordics including Sales, Marketing, R&D & Operations
  • Managing niche requirements for scarce skills
  • Direct Sourcing
  • Business Partnering/Stakeholder Management
  • Responsible for overseeing reporting and analytics for the Team
  • Recruitment support with focus on UK, but supporting the whole region

FURTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition (Talent Pipelining, niche skills recruitment, succession planning)
  • Strategic approach to internal talent
  • Acting as a consultant to the business to advise on recruitment landscape and market intel
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement and participate in EMEAI –wide Talent Acquisition projects
  • Coach and train hiring managers on TA skills and mitigating bias
  • Project Management – ad hoc value-add projects
  • Reporting, prioritize, flexible, team player

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Preferred:

  • A level qualified or equivalent

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • Extensive Full life cycle recruitment with proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Commercial, (Technical) Sales, Marketing and/or Finance recruitment experience
  • Experience of niche skills sourcing across various geographies
  • Stakeholder management/Business Partnering / proven track record of consulting
  • Reporting/Analytics
  • ATS /CRM systems experience

Preferred:

  • Chemicals/coatings/FMCG experience
  • Cross-regional recruitment experience
  • 2nd Language (Swedish, German, Dutch)
  • In-house recruitment experience

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

  • Direct sourcing experience in fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Advanced internet skills (deep dive, x-ray, Boolean searching)
  • ATS/CRM systems experience
  • Stakeholder management/Business Partnering

Preferred:

  • Experience of working in EMEAI region
  • Regional or Functional recruitment experience
