Your Tasks

  • You lead the full life-cycle recruitment for Sherwin-Williams for roles in the UK and Nordic countries – from intake to offer
  • Talent Sourcing – You use different channels to find the best talents for our company. From writing job ads to active sourcing and agency liaison – you own the process
  • Understand your stakeholders and actively partner with them to find great candidates in a challenging market
  • You thrill candidates to work for Sherwin-Williams through your focus on candidate experience
  • Shape Talent Acquisition at Sherwin-Williams – get involved in several projects like: Employer Branding, Process Optimization, Hiring Manager Training etc.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent English skills – additional languages are a plus
  • Full life cycle recruitment experience – ideally in commercial roles
  • Direct sourcing experience
  • Proactive working style, strong communication skills, ability to enthuse people
  • Good time management & priorisation skills
  • Willingness to develop professionally
