As a Store Support Advisor, you will support our busy retail network of Dulux Decorator Centres on a wide variety of operational, commercial and sales activities. This will involve handling customer and store requests, or queries received via phone, email or social media. We will look to you to provide outstanding levels of customer service while adhering to agreed service levels. The role is about ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome, an informed conversation and a clear personalised proposal. You could find yourself helping a store colleague with an IT issue, supporting a customer register on the website or placing an order on a client’s behalf. Important too, will be the ability to follow set processes and update records accurately.

With good GCSE’s in Maths & English (or equivalent), you will have well developed written and spoken English as well as excellent administration experience. Good at prioritising you will enjoy being part of a team and be proficient in MSOffice and business systems. Of course, you must be organised, effective at managing your time and happy multi-tasking too.
