Position Summary

We now have an exciting, permanent vacancy for a Store Manager within our Architectural Coatings division, based in our Derry – Londonderry store. We’re looking for a customer focused individual to lead from the front and become a key member of our friendly and supportive team. Previous experience in a customer facing environment and a good understanding of IT systems is desirable, but not essential, as we will support you all along the way with in-store training. You must hold a full, clean driving licence.

A day in the life of…

As a Store Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Driving and growing sales to achieve expected targets.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and ensure this is maintained by all staff, at all times.
  • Provide day to day management of colleagues.
  • Undertake all required training to help you to confidently coach all new and existing colleagues.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within your store and ensure full compliance with all Company policies.
  • Oversee and be accountable for stock which enters or leaves the premises.
  • Process cash and card payments, place orders and check stock.

The hours of work for the position are 39 hours per week, with no late evenings, Saturday afternoon, or Sunday working. This is a full-time permanent role.
