About the role:
We’re searching for a SHE Advisor to join our industry leading Fluid site in Bootle, Liverpool. Working closely with Senior Leadership team on site, this role will offer an opportunity to influence and own SHE excellence. The role will be visible across Production, recognised as our expertise in shaping processes and procedures contributing to our management system and SHE culture. In this role you can expect to:
- Identify, share and promote SHE best practice, training and continuous improvements on site through developing various programs and communications for our colleagues
- Ensure compliance of relevant legislations, responsible for associated KPIs, reporting both concerns and successes
- Undertake audits, investigations, implement corrective and preventative actions which will continue to build SHE excellence
- Develop programs and commission work on new installations
- Be an approachable and visible presence within our workforce, promoting safety conversations, role modelling our company values and leadership behaviours
About you
This is a great opportunity for an SHE Advisor who excels when working autonomously. Experience within a fast-paced food or chemical manufacturing environment would be beneficial. You’ll be someone who is prepared to initiate change, using exceptional communication skills to influence and deliver both practical SHE change as well as the mindsets of your senior colleague. Background Checks
Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will need to complete background checks including a DBS check and 5 years’ employment/educational references – these will need to be completed before the successful candidate can start the role.
