Senior Shopper Marketing Manager – Introduction

We are now recruiting a Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to build the relevant shopper marketing channel and customer plans as well as create and execute ‘path to purchase’ marketing programmes for our DIY brands. Senior Shopper Marketing Manager – The Role
- Oversee the development and execution of the shopper strategy & annual planning to deliver leading edge shopper marketing programmes that drive visibility, trial and incremental sales for us and our retailers.
- Develop clear channel/customer plans, working collaboratively with Marketing, Category and Sales teams.
- Create and execute best in class ‘go to market’ executions for Dulux, Cuprinol, Polycell and Hammerite within our retailers.
- Manage shopper and implementation agencies to deliver best in class execution for our retailers.
- Measure effectiveness of campaigns and return on investment, driving a continuous improvement mindset through the team.
- Manage A&P budget for the team.
- Nurture a strong Shopper Marketing team that drives change and develops innovative solutions based on changing shopper behaviours and retailer needs.
- Build Shopper Marketing capability and raise the standard of execution across the business.
Senior Shopper Marketing Manager – About You
- Marketing experience with multiple categories and/or brands
- Experienced in developing and implementing Shopper marketing strategy.
- Effective at developing high performing teams.
- Able to work within a matrix organisation structure.
- Commercially astute and used to managing budgets.
- Good creative judgement and experience in developing work across multiple channels.
- Effective project manager with strong prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
