Awarded Top Employer status, we are a company that builds successful partnerships with customers and are now looking for a senior marketeer to join us and increase revenue as well as drive the growth agenda for our national network of Dulux Decorator Centre stores.

As Senior Marketing Manager you will lead the development of our customer communications strategies, collaborating with colleagues to develop and execute customer communication, merchandising and e-commerce strategies to inspire our customers and truly differentiate our business from the rest of the market. Responsible for a significant budget, you will create integrated activity plans to support the Dulux Decorator Centre customer proposition utilizing a broad marketing channel mix. You will utilize your commercial skills to deliver compelling promotional activities that increase market share. You will be a key stakeholder in increasing the penetration of customers transacting online, driving and delivering significant growth through E-commerce. Important will be the ability to ensure synergy between the in-store and on-line communications. You will manage and execute a compelling Nectar loyalty engagement strategy ensuring we maximise ROI and value from the partnership for store and online driven activity. Your passion for understanding our Trade customers will drive effective activity and performance. You will also monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and generate insight to shape future marketing performance. Critical will be the expertise to develop team and functional capability.

Degree qualified, you will have experience across retail, e-commerce and marketing management. You will be used to creating and implementing plans which deliver against KPI’s as well as developing customer insight and propositions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, you will possess excellent project management, analytical and interpersonal skills too. Results driven, you are a champion of the consumer and an effective communicator who excels at building relationships and resolving problems.

You will also enjoy a collaborative working style and be passionate about putting the customer first. You will be effective at managing stakeholders and developing high performing teams too.
