Sales Support Representative

Competitive Salary
Job Purpose
You will support our national network of Dulux Decorator Centres to deliver a high quality customer experience by coordinating internal sales activities as well as help develop sales through our Priority Order Line (POL) service.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to forge close working relationships.
- Coordinate processing of orders & shipping.
- Expand customer orders where possible & encourage use of our POL service.
- Update & maintain accurate customer records.
- Ensure that all orders/queries are resolved within agreed timescales to customer satisfaction.
- Nurture customer relationships & build an understanding of their needs.
- Provide insight & identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Experience in a customer facing or sales role.
- Educated to A level standard.
- Proficient user of MS Office & business systems.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
