Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled sales representative to build market share and increase profits through working with existing customers and by winning new accounts in targeted market sectors such as Oil & Gas, HVI and Power and Construction. Responsibilities:
  • Manage your territory and ensure sales volumes and profit targets are delivered in line with our business plan
  • Maximising sale opportunities within existing customers as well as identifying and winning new accounts
  • Developing contact strategies
  • Extending customer penetration for our products
  • Increasing market intelligence
  • Building relationships to gain new business
  • Develop a strong technical understanding of our product range in order to understand customer needs and provide technical guidance to strengthen our offer
  • Ability to monitor and report effectiveness against targets as well as deliver customer service levels that ensure the market continues to use AkzoNobel products above all others
Requirements:
  • Know how to develop sales plans, create contact strategies and deliver sales activities that meet customers' needs
  • Target driven, excellent negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good at monitoring effectiveness and providing management reporting
  • Familiar with maintaining CRM systems
  • Comfortable building relationships
  • Passionate about excellence, delivers on commitments
  • Full driving licence
