Summary:
  • Field based to cover South East England including Hampshire
Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage relationships with existing customers whilst identifying and targeting new ones
  • Working with management colleagues to formulate actin plans and growth strategies
  • Developing contact strategies and delivering technical presentation highlighting the key features and benefits of our products and services
  • Share market intelligence, trends and competitor activity with colleagues to improve overall performance
  • Monitor and report effectiveness against targets as well as deliver customer service levels that ensure the market continues to use AkzoNobel products above all others
Requirements:
  • Be an experienced sales professional with a record of delivering consistent profitable sales growth within a fast-paced environment
  • Success based on developing client focused and commercially viable solutions to meet customers' needs
  • Possess excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Excel at forecasting
  • Comfortable achieving targets
  • Resilient in negotiations
  • Full driving licence
