R&D Scientist – 3 roles available

£26,010 – £31,790 per annum depending on experience

Ideally a graduate in Chemistry with laboratory experience you are ready to develop your career in a business that offers jobs with breadth, depth of scope and impact. Awarded Top Employer status, we are a company that forms successful partnerships with customers and are now looking Colorant Scientist to join our committed R&D team in our Slough HQ.

Join us and in collaboration with your group head you will plan, carry out and analyse laboratory experiments, including identifying priorities. You will produce regular reporting and prepare presentations as well as share with other R&D teams, manufacturing and external parties. You will maintain relations with raw material suppliers too. You will also provide technical support as well as troubleshoot and provide recommendations for production batches. Important, will be the ability to contribute ideas for the development of new, improved, safer and sustainable products, processes and procedures.

You must be qualified to degree level, or equivalent, in a science subject and have laboratory experience. You will be proficient in MSOffice and understand the need to work safely and to high standards. In addition to your scientific skills, you will also be analytical, numerate and a good communicator.
