About the job

As a Production Operator, you will make, fill and adjust batches, and undertake all supporting tasks within a sealants manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attain cell specific production schedule by manufacturing and filling production batches.
  • Set machinery and carry out quality checks.
  • Maintain and improve 5S standards and housekeeping.
  • Participate in lean initiatives in all areas of the business.
  • Train new Operators within the department.

Qualifications

  • Basic PC Skills!
  • Good Communication skills!
  • Excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to contribute in all aspects of problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
