About the Role

This role will be part of the newly formed R&D value stream leadership team. The main aims of the role are to create and lead a Group wide team with responsibility for the technical architecture and fulfilment of printing systems. This role requires the ability to influence and coach across cultural boundaries. You will also be required to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our print systems are competitive in the marketplace.

You will be expected to build a knowledge base, technology roadmap and acquisition plans for print systems. You will also work closely with peers and other senior stakeholders to ensure end to end alignment and drive the ‘One R&D’ mentality across Domino. You must be comfortable with some ambiguity and complexity and be able to make decisions in those environments – seeing failure as a learning opportunity.

About You

You will need a relevant, technical background and be able to build credibility with a team of subject matter experts, You will be responsible for asking the right questions, and challenging current processes to drive new solutions. Your role is not to solve the problems from an expert mindset but to empower your team to take ownership of their work, creating a safe environment for them to deliver their best work. The ideal candidate will have excellent people management skills and be able to build relationships across functions. We want someone who is passionate about talent development, and is enthusiastic about building, coaching, and developing their team.
