About the role

In this role, you will be reporting to the Material Control Manager and working closely with a team of Material Planners, Buyers and Operations Analysts. You will be working to ensure supply chain continuity is maintained in line with agreed inventory parameters with consideration to an evolving product range.

In this role you will need to manage material exceptions with suppliers and keep the production and customer facing teams well informed of any material constraints. You will build a strong rapport with the suppliers that you are responsible for, and you will work with them to make sustainable improvements to lead times and deliveries. You will be responsible for item setup and maintenance in the ERP system for your suppliers and you will work with the team to help implement the new ERP system.

You will be working with all areas of the supply chain management to improve and develop the processes required to deliver against the targets set by the business.

About you

You will be required to demonstrate the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment thus organisation skills and self-motivating attitude will be essential factors to perform successfully in the role. We are looking for an effective team player and problem solver that can make high quality judgments and decisions. You will be expected to develop and manage relationships and build a strong rapport with Domino’s internal stakeholder and external suppliers.

This is an opportunity for an individual with experience in a Supply Chain / Operations environment to develop their skills, ideally the individual will be studying CIPS or an equivalent supply chain qualification, although Domino will offer to sponsor this individual through such qualifications. Previous experience of working with ERP (preferably ORACLE) is desirable.
