Marketing Manager Brand – Johnstone’s Trade

You will develop and implement the strategic, tactic and operational brand plan and program for the Johnstone’s Trade brand and take the lead in the development of new/existing products, promotions, services & sponsorship to contribute to the achievement of our business and marketing goals. You will report to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the realisation of the (annual) strategic and operational business and marketing plan of the brand based on customer insights and journeys, including pricing, product, communication, promotions and distribution strategies, implementation strategies and budgets.
• Provide monthly progress reports and actions against the brand-marketing plan, budget, complexity reduction and KPI’s.
• Support the realisation of business and marketing goals for the brand in UK&I markets.
• Representation of UK&I Trade brands within the Region West and Central CoE focussing on driving innovation launch and execution
• Work closely with Center of Excellences, sales, shopper marketing and supply chain functions on forecasts, promotions, introductions, design, distribution and product specifications/ changes as needed.
• Work closely with shopper marketing on brand related activities like (hero) campaigns, introductions & national promotions.
• Develop, lead, successfully manage sponsorship opportunities delivering impactful and engaging activation plans to support important events and raise awareness of Johnstone’s Trade with new and existing audiences.
• Develop, lead, successfully manage, implement and evaluate OTIF key projects such as (Hero) communication campaigns, product/service launches or other as decided upon in the annual plans.

Qualifications

• Degree (Marketing, (Business) Economics)
• Over 5 years marketing experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at the same time, to deliver results on time and within budget
