This position may be homeoffice based in UK (London), France (Paris) or Germany (Marl, NRW).

Job Description: We are seeking a results-oriented Global Marketing Manager to drive the strategic and operational marketing for our Construction Solutions business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marketing, coupled with experience in the chemical or materials industry (other manufacturing sectors are also considered).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies that expand our market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and comprehensive launch plans for new products.
  • Create and manage marketing collaterals that effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences.
  • Represent our company at industry events and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Foster alignment and collaboration across teams (such as central marketing, product management, technical service, sales, sustainability and R&D) to ensure marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years in marketing, preferably within the chemical or construction materials industry (other manufacturing industries are also acceptable)
  • Consulting experience is a plus

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in strategic and operational marketing methodologies
  • Experience in developing and implementing new strategies and initiatives.
  • Ability to think clearly and structure thoughts and ideas effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to create well-structured documents (PPT, Word, Excel).
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with a focus on data-driven decision-making to drive business growth
  • Proven project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Confident in aligning and working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
