As a Marketing Manager you will be acting as a member of Group Marketing & Communications team, responsible for creating strategies for growth, brand awareness and brand loyalty for Teknos and excellence in customer experience.
You will be acting as a marketing business partner for given target customer groups, developing their marketing and communications strategy, plan and actions globally.
Working in a matrix, you will coordinate marketing activities with marketing representatives from Teknos countries, build common concepts and competences, ensuring fulfilment of strategy and actions locally.
This is an individual global role, reporting to the Global Head of Marketing.
Daily tasks and responsibilities:
Marketing Strategies & Management:
Developing a strategic plan on global marketing and communications in given Target Customer Groups, aligned with Marketing and Communication strategy
Coordination of marketing activities with marketing representatives from Teknos countries and building common concepts and competences that can be used across the Teknos Marketing Network
Lead generation to support sales, through relevant marketing actions to different target groups/buyer personas
Providing continuous improvement of marketing processes to ensure smooth collaboration
Budgeting and follow-up on the marketing actions
Reporting and development of marketing actions
Developing & implementing marketing in specific areas:
Inbound/content marketing, focusing & producing content, spreading the content in different channels
Branding for given Target Customer Groups and buyer personas, aligned to global brand pillars
Website content and functionalities to make it work (SEO, lead conversion)
Social media and data based marketing
Product portfolio marketing and new product launches
Exhibition/event organization together with other stakeholders
Customer communication for local execution
Supporting business with trainings (seminars, webinars, face to face trainings), market research and monitoring
Key skills and qualifications:
Several years of B2B marketing experience, ideally gained within international environment
Competent, commercially-minded professional of present-day marketing & communication
Able to lead indirectly (in a matrix) local marketing experts and cooperate as a business partners with a broad spectrum of stakeholders (e.g. commercial, R&D, operations, product management)
Presents business acumen – results oriented, capable to calculate and follow up the effectiveness of marketing actions
Understands and/or is curious of technical environment and knows how to translate its needs into commercial language
Capable to put issues into practice and initiate activities – able to perform on both a strategic and hands-on levels
Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking combined with the ability of planning and executing
Located in one of Teknos European countries within a distance that allows to work in hybrid mode (regular visits in our local office)
Very good communication skills (written and spoken) English
