Fridays 7:15am to 1.00pm.About the role:Join HMG Paints as a Marketing Assistant! We’re seeking a confident and creative professional to bolster our marketing team. As an innovative thinker and strong communicator, you’ll report to our Marketing Manager and collaborate across departments. Your responsibilities will encompass diverse marketing activities, including the development and implementation of content across various sectors, including B2B and B2C. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, both for digital and traditional content, is essential.The role will be reporting directly to our Marketing Manager and across departments within HMG.Special emphasis will be placed on digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, content creation and paid ad management. - Take the reins of HMG’s social media and online presence.
- Manage marketing materials, ensuring seamless order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive success.
- Craft engaging written and video content for HMG and our customers.
- Spearhead impactful digital marketing campaigns.
- Keep us ahead of the curve by staying updated on digital marketing trends.
- Contribute to the development of creative marketing strategies.
- Dive into market research to unearth growth opportunities.
- Maintain and enhance our brand assets.
- Occasionally go above and beyond to meet business needs, including out-of-hours work and travel.
Skills & Experience:Ideal candidates will bring 2-3 years of marketing experience, a flair for visual content and copywriting, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, PPC & SEO know-how, and familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms. Knowledge of email marketing and tools like Klaviyo is a plus.
