About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Global Marketing team as a Market and Customer Data Analyst, supporting our global Brand Management and Subsidiary and Distributor sales and marketing programmes. Working within a friendly team, this role offers great opportunity to develop as the business continues to grow, and the requirements for global marketing support expand. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analysing market and customer data and using them to generate insights for annual planning, sales and marketing campaign management and process optimisation.
In this position you can expect to be:
- Collaborating with the global network of sales and marketing teams to ensure they have insights they need for market assessment, targeting, and campaign management
- Supporting the marketing team globally with data analytics, reporting and performance optimisation
- Driving digital transformation within marketing and championing the value of data-driven decision making
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress in their marketing career and gain experience in a friendly and supportive working environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, planning and organisation skills, be used to multi-tasking, whilst also paying close attention to detail. You’ll have experience working with specific focus on market research reports and customer data analysis, ideally reporting on the performance of digital marketing activities. Networking and team building skills are essential as you will be collaborating with stakeholders across the global business. You will have experience using a Microsoft Power Platforms and a Customer Relationship Management system such as Salesforce, and in optimising digital programmes. Some international marketing experience would be advantageous.
