About the role
As a Management Accountant for Domino’s UK sales channel and distribution, you will assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts within the UK. Working within a friendly, close-knit Finance department, you will have the opportunity to interact with colleagues across the Domino business. This is a newly created position in the team, offering scope for the successful candidate to take part in shaping it.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Maintaining appropriate financial controls, ensuring balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly
- Analysing machine and aftermarket margins and selling variances and performing opex variance analysis
- Calculating employee sales commissions and ensuring appropriate accruals are maintained
- Supporting the Finance Manager with the annual budget preparation process Assisting in ad hoc project work and issue resolutions
This is a great opportunity for someone who is ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, or part qualified, with previous accounting experience. We’re seeking candidates who are methodical with strong attention to detail. There is the opportunity for autonomy in this role therefore we’re looking for an individual who is self-motivated, able to manage their workload, deadlines and expectations of others, knowing when to escalate issues or opportunities. Familiarity with Oracle or a similar accounting package would be beneficial. This role will offer accessibility and visibility within the business and finance function for those who are keen to progress their career within a global manufacturing business.
