In the role of IT Manager at Sherwin-Williams you will be responsible for managing the IT team across multiple sites supporting the regional and global systems.

Responsibilities
- Manage a multicultural development team across multiple locations to support regional and global systems
- Lead a team of developers, seniors & lead, facilitating collaborative agile team activities, developing and tracking metrics and reporting
- Encouraging the team to adhere to Agile values and team norms
- Create a culture of success through continuous improvement
- Work closely with regional Demand Management to track and deliver best value to the business
- Collaborate with other project leadership to manage risks and coordinate mitigation efforts
- Create and maintain team projects using Project Management Systems and Practices, providing transparency to the team and stakeholders
- Work with the business to provide insight into short, medium and long term roadmap
- Evaluate and provide guidance on new technology options and solutions
- Work with worldwide IT and Business Team Leads for global deployments and support
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in computer science and/or relevant IT experience
- Knowledge of the following systems is preferred: Visual Studio, SQL Server, ERP Systems
- Previous management with experience of coaching and developing others
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
