In the role of IT Manager at Sherwin-Williams you will be responsible for managing the IT team across multiple sites supporting the regional and global systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a multicultural development team across multiple locations to support regional and global systems
  • Lead a team of developers, seniors & lead, facilitating collaborative agile team activities, developing and tracking metrics and reporting
  • Encouraging the team to adhere to Agile values and team norms
  • Create a culture of success through continuous improvement
  • Work closely with regional Demand Management to track and deliver best value to the business
  • Collaborate with other project leadership to manage risks and coordinate mitigation efforts
  • Create and maintain team projects using Project Management Systems and Practices, providing transparency to the team and stakeholders
  • Work with the business to provide insight into short, medium and long term roadmap
  • Evaluate and provide guidance on new technology options and solutions
  • Work with worldwide IT and Business Team Leads for global deployments and support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in computer science and/or relevant IT experience
  • Knowledge of the following systems is preferred: Visual Studio, SQL Server, ERP Systems
  • Previous management with experience of coaching and developing others
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
