About The RoleDomino has embarked on an ambitious plan of above market top and bottom-line growth, building on its core strength of Coding & Marking with the aim of becoming a market leader in Digital Printing Solutions and delivery of Advanced Services.As a lead Management Team member in Group Purchasing, you will be responsible for a development and implementation of a Global Purchasing Centre of Excellence delivered through network of Global Process Owners/Local Process Owners.You will be working with the global purchasing teams conducting gap analysis of the status of the group against maturity model and developing documented best practices, systems, and policies as well as training materials. You will be responsible for the engagement and training of global and local process owners in CoE principles, roles, and accountabilities.About YouWe are looking for a highly driven and experienced professional with a background in Supply Chain or Engineering and practical understanding and implementation of Centres of Excellence tools, processes and KPIs. To be successful in this role, you need to be able to present and influence at all levels and navigate complex multifunctional organisation. You will know what ‘great’ looks like and be able to motivate and lead international, matrix teams through the implementation of excellence framework globally. You will have a proven record of managing complex changes within multi-functional organisation.
