- Define the strategic, core and support processes to provide better visibility, efficiency and control.
- Define the data shared across customers, group, our channels and suppliers, and the relationships between them, maximising the potential for automation through the value stream
- Lead, create and own the strategic framework for end-to-end process management, with both global and local process owners.
- Enable behavioural change across the business in line with architectural goals and best practice.
This role would suit someone who’s passionate about using technology for business transformation; with a strong background in Computer Science or similar. You’ll enjoy the aspect of hands-on analysis, process capability descriptions and use of business intelligence to enhance business performance.
We’re seeking experts in process improvement management with a technical understanding of data architecture principles and functional understanding of SQL and data modelling strategies, plus a good understanding of Cognos and PowerBi.
