Farrow & Ball – Factory Operative, Wimborne
Permanent, Full Time – Various Shifts Available
No experience necessary – FULL training given on the job!

Due to considerable growth, we are expanding our production teams in Wimborne and are looking for hardworking, team players to join us on full time permanent contracts.
As a Factory Operative at Farrow & Ball, you will work in either the paint or wallpaper factory and be part of a highly productive team. You will be responsible for part of the manufacturing process of our products in a timely manner to meet customer demand – never compromising on quality. Your role will be fast paced and busy and you will receive full on-the-job training from day one.

Key Responsibilities Of Factory Operative
- Manufacturing to meet demand from the production schedule daily
- Ensuring the daily production requirement is completed
- Ensuring your line is run as efficiently as possible, so as to keep waste to a minimum
- Assisting in stock taking, ordering and other tasks as required
- Following Health & Safety procedures
- General housekeeping
- Reporting any issues etc to your Supervisor should they arise
- Supporting various production lines as required
- Follow procedures/health and safety etc
Your Key Attributes
- Previous Factory/Production experience would be beneficial – however not essential
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Understanding of basic computer systems
- Willing and able to complete manual handling duties
- Able to work at fast pace and under pressure if required
- Team player, hardworking and motivated to get the job done
