SAP Project Stream Lead (Master Data) – Digital

The position represents an exciting opportunity to take the lead in transitioning master data processes within the business to the S4/Hana landscape. The position demands effective communication skills and the ability to actively engage at all levels within the project, the ability to challenge requirements based upon experience, diplomacy in order to gain consensus and attention to detail to ensure that solutions and the project template are delivered. You will join a dynamic team of stream leads where collaboration is essential given the integrated nature of S/4HANA.

Strengthen our team

As our S/4-Hana Master Data Project Stream Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and coordinating master data settings, extracting, loading and transforming data and the business as usual (BAU) master data maintenance processes supported by S/4HANA for Hempel Decorative. You will collaborate with the other stream leads, the project implementation partner, and the internal SAP team. The specific focus will be on but not limited to, the Material Master and the Business Partner. ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) and E2E (end to end) process tests will need to be performed together with the other stream leads and the wider project community. The SAP Stream Lead team will also be responsible for the:-
Analysis of existing processes in ECC6.0
Testing the ETL tool for various data objects
Leading and conducting project meetings and workshops
Acquiring a work knowledge of the 3rd party S/4 business add on master data maintenance tools.
Documentation of the master data maintenance processes
Creation of a Project Template which will form the basis for future deployments
Creating test and training documents
Supporting change management where required
You will be joining the SAP Stream Lead team that consists of 7 team members. You can be based in Hempel’s headquarters in Kgs. Lyngby (Copenhagen) Denmark, our offices in Coesfeld (Germany) or Darwen (close to Manchester, UK).

We are looking for an experienced S/4-Hana Project Stream Lead

As our ideal candidate you have significant recent SAP experience as an end user focused on Master Data Maintenance which must include the Material Master and Business Partner. It is essential that you have experience and knowledge of Master Data settings, maintenance processes and their implications within a multi-national environment. You should also have experience of working within a project environment, ideally with project management certifications such as Activate or Prince II .

Personally you will have the following attributes:-
Strong analytical and documentation skills (Word, Excel and Powerpoint);
Fluent both in spoken and written English – knowledge of German is preferred
Goal-orientated team-player with an enquiring mind and a willingness to travel.
Great organizational skills to establish requirements and manage through to implemented solutions.
A strong drive to succeed.
