About the role

  • Lead the team of Business Analysts to deliver system changes, integrations and testing for our ERP, WMS, eCommerce, PLM and supporting systems.
  • Design and implement a robust testing strategy.
  • Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the ERP Programme.
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Progress the maturity of change management across Domino in preparation for the disruptive change the new ERP system will bring about.
  • Provide central coordination and oversight of local change management activities in support of the system implementation, process changes and associated learning.
  • On a matrix basis manage local Change Management Leads, provide coaching and manage performance.

About you

  • ERP and test management experience
  • Project Management experience with strong track record for delivery
  • Experience of working with Oracle and SaaS systems (inc Oracle EBS and Fusion)
  • Experience of system integrations
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts
