A proficient OMP+ user with experience in a fast pace demand environment and/or supply chain you are now looking to develop your skills in a role that offers breadth, depth of scope and impact. We are now recruiting a Demand Systems Specialist to lead the roll out of a new forecasting tool across Europe for two key divisions of our business – Marine and Protective Coatings.

As Demand Systems Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for M&PC development and the implementation of our OMP+ forecasting tool. This will include training cross functional stakeholders in using the OMP+ system. We will look to you to improve our forecasting process through standardisation, removing manual intervention where possible and leveraging existing systems to maximise accuracy and quality of information. You will use the implementation of OMP+ to drive better business performance. You will also get involved with continuous improvement initiatives and support to other regions/functions, including sharing best practice and heading future Demand projects. In addition you will gain experience in key aspects of our company and processes to ensure the forecasting tool meets business requirements and longer term strategic goals.

You must be a proficient OMP+ user and able to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role. Ideally a graduate, you will be highly numerate, good a solving problems and with an eye for detail. Able to coordinate multiple projects you will be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills too. This role could be based in the UK or Europe.
