Customer Service Representative – Introduction

If you have good GCSE (or equivalent) passes and experience customer facing role, this is an exciting opportunity to join a world expert in making coatings. We are now recruiting a Customer Service Representative, who is fluent in Dutch and English, to provide outstanding client service via phone and email for our Marine Coatings business customers in the Netherlands.

Customer Service Representative – The Role

  • Coordinate registration & processing of orders in our SAP system
  • Acts as first level contact with Dutch customers for order receipt, quotations, general enquiries.
  • Help to resolve any complaints.
  • When needed, make arrangements for product delivery to an agent, vessels or direct to our customers in the Netherlands.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure orders are prepared & delivered on time.
  • Build strong collaborative links with colleagues & Dutch customers.
  • Provide insight & opportunities to improve the customer experience & meet customer needs.

Customer Service Representative – About You

  • Experience of working in a customer service department or customer facing role.
  • Good GCSE passes (or equivalent) Grade C or above in Maths/English.
  • Proficient user of MS Office.
  • Able to speak and write in Dutch Fluently.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
  • Good at building relationships & committed to providing excellent client service.
  • Well organised & with an eye for detail.
  • Experience of working with SAP an advantage.
