About the job
Position Summary:
Provides complex order entry management and order tracking and follow up for customer. Responsibilities include entering more complex order types in local ERP system, (i.e. export orders, sample orders, returns orders, etc.), based on customer request: clarifying customer requirements and order details, ensuring internal coordination with planning, logistics and price management in order to meet requested delivery date, regulatory and legal document requirements and other Sherwin commitments. Prepared to respond to more complex customer questions and managing problem solving.
Key objectives:
- To supply the ordered goods on time in the right quantity, with the correct price at the right customer end destination
- To keep and commit to supply agreements with our customers
- To set up and provide error free documentation to internal and external customers
- To meet or exceed functional team and personal objectives
- Customers know their CSR as competent working partner
- Deals and interacts with customers from receipt of the order to delivery
- To offer customers an intensive and individual high quality service
- To ensure that customers remain loyal to our company
- To comply with working and quality targets set by direct line supervisor
- To maintain an overview of the progress of customer orders
- To be aware of customers’ requirements and ensure that these are fulfilled
Main Responsibilities:
- To process orders for the following SW sales areas / Key customers Customers based in Scandinavia, Russia and various European locations, IC sites
- To record orders in consideration of available production deadlines and delivery conditions based on instructions issued by Sales & Marketing Department
- Manage consignment warehouses making sure customers’ figures match SW figures and no discrepancies are reported, filing of documentation related hereto
- To support logistics activity for export orders providing export documentation depending on country of destination and customers’ requirements
- To monitor deadlines until goods are received by the customers
- Back order Management – act proactive towards customers
- Process claims associated with orders, returns, issue Credit note, etc. (apart from QC issues)
- Maintain intensive contact with customers to be aware and understand their requirements, suggestions, etc.
- Perform additional duties as per CS Manager instructions
- Maintain a proper and structured filing system
- Work in accordance with our business ethics policy as well as be compliant with our ISO, SOX, business ethics and EH&S policy
