About the role

A fixed term position for 2.5 years, this role will support the Quality Manager and Supply Chain Manager in meeting the key planning, production and delivery objectives. This will be done through effective administration of routine tasks which will include, but is not limited to, supporting Quality team for preparation of Customer specific Quality documents, Supply Chain & Dispatch teams for updating daily dashboards on BI tools and excel templates. The role holder will also be responsible for responding to and managing direct or indirect customers queries and updating daily transactional reports.

About you

  • This role would suit a recent graduate of a business related discipline, or somebody with solid experience in a previous administration role.
  • Awareness of ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP) is extremely advantageous.
  • The ability to analyse complex data.
  • An effective multitasker.
  • An understanding of modern manufacturing methods, such as Lean or 6S, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional people skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, with a customer centric approach.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast paced environment.

Background Checks

Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will need to complete background checks including a DBS check and 5 years’ employment/educational references – these will need to be completed before the successful candidate can start the role.
