As Customer Demand Manager you will be a key interface between our commercial and supply chain teams and head demand planning activities to ensure a robust long term product forecast in your region. Responsible for overseeing a team of demand planners, you will collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to guarantee uninterrupted supply to customers and markets. We will also look to you to initiate, develop and head projects to enhance customer satisfaction as well as investigate any customer complaints too. Important will be the ability to help with initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy. This role is vital to ensuring high quality demand plans and adequate forecasting accuracy.
For this role you will have a Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or Science as well as extensive experience in demand planning or management. You will be APICS Certified within the last two years too. Proficient in MS Office you will also be expert with ERP systems, such as SAP, ORACLE or JDA. Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, you will be effective at nurturing teams and prioritising needs. Customer focused, you will possess good communication and interpersonal skills too.
