Farrow and Ball – Colour Consultancy Administrator (Part-Time), WimborneWe are currently looking for a proactive individual with exceptional attention to detail, to join our Customer Services team in Wimborne as a Colour Consultancy Administrator. We are offering this position on a part-time basis of 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday), working from our Head Office in Wimborne.Farrow & Ball is a luxury British lifestyle brand that prides itself in creating richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper, using print methods dating back 300 years and the finest quality ingredients.The unique Farrow & Ball look transforms modern and traditional homes, large and small, inside and out. Established in Dorset in 1946, we have grown over the last 75 years and now proudly have 60 showrooms worldwide with a global network of stockists.The key to our success is the people behind the paint: from the team handcrafting each tin to showroom staff to support functions, our shared passion ensures customers have a positive, engaging experience at every stage of their journey with us.As the Colour Consultancy Administrator, you will provide an efficient and professional support service to the Colour Consultancy team within Customer Services.What we expect from you as a Colour Consultancy Administrator:Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer specifications following an in-home colour consultation
  • Send customers samples and letters detailing specifications in a timely manner
  • Manage stocks levels of stationary
  • Proactively communicate with our Colour Consultants to obtain specification details
  • Input swatch orders into our data base
  • Create customer accounts in our data base
  • Update shared tracker daily
  • Support team in ad hoc admin tasks
