Job Overview
  • You will be to go-to passionate expert for your portfolio
  • We will look to your to develop and understanding of consumers and their needs, identify gaps in our product offering and take positive action to develop the right solutions
  • You will take ownership of developing our annual brand plans and work with cross functional teams to execute them brilliantly
  • Partner with agencies to define, create and implement outstanding marketing communication plans across the full channel mix, including ATL, digital, PR, influencers and partnerships, delivering a seamless online and offline consumer journey

  • Experience of brand planning in a high performing business
  • Comfortable working on brand and product strategy, you will have been involved in NPD from creation through to launch
  • Commercially astute, you will be adept at running a P&L and managing brand budgets
  • Ability to think creatively and work with stakeholders to overcome challenging situations
  • Comfortable operating within a matrix organisation structure
  • Possess excellent project management, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Champion of the consumer and an effective communicator who excels at multi-tasking
  • Experience gained working within FMCG, Retail or DIY industries would be an advantage
