We are a company that builds successful partnerships with customers and are now recruiting a Brand Manager for our Specialist Brands Team to take responsibility for the brand and product management of a key range in our portfolio.
As Brand Manager you will develop annual brand plans for your specific portfolio as well as collaborate with colleagues to implement them successfully. This will involve partnering with agencies to create outstanding marketing communication plans that deliver a seamless online and offline consumer journey as well as monitoring and assessing effectiveness against KPI’s. We will look to you to maintain an in-depth understanding of our consumers, competitors and performance as well as spot gaps in the marketplace. You will take responsibility for overseeing budgets too. You will also support the development of a new product pipeline and create innovation launch plans. Important will be the ability to prioritise and drive key initiatives to ensure brilliant execution across the business.
Of graduate calibre you will have experience of brand planning in a high performing business, ideally in the FMCG, Retail or DIY industries. Used to working on brand and product strategy, you will be happy managing P&L and able to develop work across multiple channels. You will also have experience of overseeing NPD projects from creation through to launch. Important will be the ability to think creatively and work with stakeholders to overcome challenging situations. Comfortable operating within a matrix organisation structure, you will possess excellent project management, communication presentation and interpersonal skills too, as well as experience of working with supplier partners.
