Job Description
What will you be doing? This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individualYou will learn how the business works and we will support you to successfully complete your apprenticeship. You will cover departments: Sales, Customer Support, Supply chain, Finance, Operations and EHS.Apprentice day to day job duties:
- Sales includes maintaining the customer database system, so it is kept up to date and accurate with key information for use by the Sales team.
- Customer support includes providing administrative support to the customer support team and sales team which includes summarizing transactional information on customer accounts.
- Supply chain includes supporting the team with documentation to ensure it meets regulatory and company standards.
- Finance includes supporting the team with inputting financial data into our systems.
- Environmental and Health and Safety Includes: Supporting the EHS Manager with safety documentation and administration.
- Operations includes assisting the team with data entry tasks in relation to production activities and processes.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Business Administrator L3 Standard.
- Workplace delivery.
