Responsibilities:
  • Increase sales and market share by building product and sector expertise, developing strong customer relationships and delivering compelling value propositions to clients
  • Ensure national contractor supply chain agreements are reflected in regional sales activity as well as identify new business opportunities
  • Building a reputation as a coatings industry expert by gaining product and market expertise
  • Monitor and report on sector developments and competitor activities
  • Creating, maintaining and implementing the regional business plan
  • Spot gaps in the market for new product development openings
Requirements:
  • Of graduate calibre
  • Extensive experience in a senior sales/customer facing role
  • Expertise in developing and executing strategic customer plans as well as using customer insights to drive a market leading position
  • Good at developing relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and financial skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Comfortable prioritising workload
  • Excel at achieving targets
  • Resilient in negotiations
  • Full driving license essential
Job Detail
  • SalaryBasic salary up to £51,000 plus bonus opportunity of up to 38.2% and benefits
