Job Overview
Location:

Responsibilities:
  • Increase sales and market share by building excellent relationships with key specifiers and acting as the pivotal link that cascades national specifier supply chain agreements to regional offices
  • Develop a contact strategy and deliver compelling value propositions to specifier clients
  • Become recognised as a 'coatings industry expert' by monitoring and reporting on sector developments and competitor activities
  • Create, maintain and implement the regional business plan
  • Sport gaps in the market for new product development
Requirements:
  • Of graduate calibre
  • Extensive experience in a senior/customer facing role and be used to deploying market customer insights to drive a sector leading position
  • Good at developing relationships at all levels, you can demonstrate excellent communication and financial skills
  • Ability to design and execute strategic customer plans
  • Self-motivated, you are comfortable at prioritising your workload, excel at achieving targets and are resilient in negotiations
  • Full driving license essential
Job Detail
  • SalaryBasic salary up to £51,000 plus bonus opportunity of up to 38.2% and benefits
