Are you passionate about empowering others through exceptional training programs? Domino’s Channel Development Learning Centre is seeking a dynamic Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training initiatives that support our cutting-edge coding and marking technologies and solutions.
This role is pivotal to achieving our vision of providing world-class training to our global network of subsidiaries, distributors, and customers, ensuring they gain maximum benefit from Domino’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Training Design and Delivery:
- Construct and maintain comprehensive training materials for Domino Products and Solutions, covering basic to advanced levels.
- Deliver training globally, ensuring objectives are met and quality exceeds expectations.
- Manage and deliver both practical and theoretical sessions, tailored to meet customer training needs.
Training Administration
- Organize and coordinate training logistics, including venues, equipment, and personnel allocation.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary equipment and materials to ensure training delivery is effective and seamless.
- Demonstrate strong time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Content And Innovation
- Continuously evaluate and update training materials, incorporating product changes, enhancements, and feedback.
- Introduce innovative training methods and identify opportunities to promote “Best Practices�? for end customers.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure content is accurate, current, and impactful.
Evaluation And Feedback
- Use standardized evaluation forms to measure training effectiveness and gather feedback.
- Act on feedback and share insights with relevant channels or customers.
Compliance And Safety
- Ensure all training activities align with Domino policies and statutory requirements, particularly health and safety.
- Maintain safe working practices and promote a culture of safety within your area of responsibility.
Continuous Development
- Stay up to date with the latest product developments and industry trends to enhance your expertise.
- Actively participate in projects impacting training materials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, both theoretical and practical.
- Strong organizational skills to manage logistics, materials, and multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiences across diverse cultures.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with coding and marking technologies or similar industrial solutions is advantageous but not essential.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and compliance.
